He has been the one, on who I can always count on. A role model for our children.  His methods of dealing with the challenges of life have been truly impressive.  He is a determined and focused person who tries to keep a balance between career and family.  He is a kind and generous man, who believes in giving.

I am really happy that we have enjoyed each moment of our relationship. I love the way he gives importance to the family.

From a young age, he nurtured a positive mindset in me, encouraging me to see the silver lining in every situation. His contributions in my life are countless, his words of wisdom and constant support shaped me into the person I am today. The friendly bond we share is one of the greatest perks in my life, he's not just my father but also my friend and my confidant.

When the vision for establishing an Emerging Leadership Academy at Dow University of Health Sciences was conceived, I immediately proceeded to contact Prof. Yahya Noori to assist with the development of the curriculum and to participate as a faculty in this novel and innovative program. This was intentional as I wanted to seek his valuable input given that Prof. Noori has broad leadership experience, and that he would be an outstanding resource for this nascent program. 

In January 2024, we initiated this program under the title of “Mastering the Art of Effective Leadership” with 27 selected students from various academic units in Dow University of Health Sciences. Throughout this process, Prof. Noori’s contributions have been remarkable. His conversations with the students on such diverse topics such as emotional intelligence and strategic thinking were extremely effective. He provided unmitigated access for mentorship to students and routinely shared with them relevant information to enhance their learning experience.  I personally learned a lot from Prof. Noori and always looked forward to his valuable feedback about this program.

I  have been working with Sir Muhammad Yahya Noori since 2020. If I talk about the time before that, I was an impulsive, inexperienced, and very quarrelsome person. However, working with Sir has significantly reduced these traits, and I have learned a lot. In fact, it wouldn't be wrong to say that I have learned everything here. Sir has provided a lot of guidance on personal and life issues and continues to do so, though lately, he has been giving less time, which has created a bit of a gap. 😂

Sir Yahya Noori is a principled person who strictly adheres to time and promises and does not compromise on work in any way. I have rarely seen him idle. May Allah increase his work, age, and sustenance. Ameen.

I have known Dr. Yahya Noori in two very different capacities.  Firstly as Lab In-Charge and then as a teacher in MBA and I consider him very instrumental in my career journey and where I am today as a professional. 

He has always been a great guide and has been an inspiration and support through and through. He has a unique ability to see the potential in you and he would push you through to get what you are actually capable of.  I feel its really true in my case that he has given me many opportunities to grow, learn and experiment. I very clearly remember he was the only person who encouraged me to take the career jump into a totally different profession and so far it is the greatest decision i have ever made. You consider yourself lucky if you can ever find a kind senior like Dr. Yahya who holds both people management and leadership skills.

As a teacher, his teaching style is very unconventional and majorly focused on experiential learning. As a weekend MBA student I never felt he ever burdened us with assignments and projects and it was always very refreshing to listen to real life examples and story telling sessions for even better understanding of the concepts. 

I have always considered him someone who I can reach out to always if I ever need an advice related to my career. All in all, he is a great inspiration for all his peers and students.
