I have been associated with teaching since more than two decades, have served at multiple interview panels and have observed the issues of the youth very closely.  Besides, I am a certified Career Cousellor. 

I have designed the Career Development Program at "Numood" keeping these issues in mind.

When I talk to executives, the most common issue they raise about the youth is that they do not know how to write their CV and have no idea how to respond to questions in an interview.

Mostly CVs are now scanned through Applicant Tracking Systems in many organizations, so preparing CV/resume which is incompatible knocks one out right at the beginning.

To help the fresh graduates and early career individuals, Numood has joined hands with Ms. Abida Naseer to prepare ATS compatible CV and preparation of job interview.

You can opt for basic package for only Rs. 25000/=  where you get your CV/Resume ATS optimized and a 45-90 minute session for your job interview preparation.  

You can opt for a second  interview preparation session by paying only Rs. 7500.

Additionally, you can get your Linked In profile optimized by Ms. Abida Naseer along with a covering letter by paying only Rs. 10,000.

However, if you want a more formal career counselling session, Career Clinical is the right choice for You.

In Career Clinic, 

• We will meet initially for a breif session for about 45-60 minutes, I will listen to your story, and offer You advice on Your issues at hand.  This will cost you only Rs. 7500. 

• If you want to continue and go through a deeper analysis, I will give You a series of tests to analyze your personality, aspirations, and potential, and we will discuss them in the next two sessions to come up with the best career options that suit you.  This package of two additional sessions will cost you Rs. 15000. 

Note: For career clinic, the decision maker of the family must attend the session along with the student.  Girls must be accompanied by one of the parents. For early-career ladies, the option of one-on-one will only be available online.
