A life changing course...
“I had never expected how wonderful it would be to take an online experience; I just thought it would be a simple session which would be forgotten over a period of few days once it ends. But it was an exceptional blend of such outstanding, humble and refined masterminds who designed this module with perfection. This module offered hands on, immersive experience that allowed me to apply leadership principles in real-world scenarios.”

Mastering the art of Effective Leadership
The first cohort of mastering the art of effective leadership was offered in Spring of 2024, for the students of Dow University of Health Sciences, where I was a part of the Core Faculty, with Dr. Sohail Rao and Prof. Asima Faisal.
Contribution to the Emerging Leadership Academy , Mastering the Art of Effective Leadership
When the vision for establishing an Emerging Leadership Academy at Dow University of Health Sciences was conceived, I immediately proceeded to contact Prof. Yahya Noori to assist with the development of the curriculum and to participate as a faculty in this novel and innovative program. This was intentional as I wanted to seek his valuable input given that Prof. Noori has broad leadership experience, and that he would be an outstanding resource for this nascent program.
In January 2024, we initiated this program under the title of “Mastering the Art of Effective Leadership” with 27 selected students from various academic units in Dow University of Health Sciences. Throughout this process, Prof. Noori’s contributions have been remarkable. His conversations with the students on such diverse topics such as emotional intelligence and strategic thinking were extremely effective. He provided unmitigated access for mentorship to students and routinely shared with them relevant information to enhance their learning experience. I personally learned a lot from Prof. Noori and always looked forward to his valuable feedback about this program.
