Dr. Yahya has been writing and conducting sessions on personal development since more than a decade now. His own journey is a testament to his commitment to develop himself and help those around him to walk on the same path. His writings with the name of "Mehwar" have changed many lives.

Relevant Professional Experience

After completion of his Ph.D. in 2013, Dr. Yahya led the Provincial TB Reference Laboratory, leading a team of about 30 individuals at Ojha Institute of Chest Diseases, Dow University of Health Sciences for nine years. During this time, his focus remained on team development and organizing working systems. The lab was upgraded to BSL 3 level facility during his time.

He also held the position of Deputy Director at Institute of Biomedical Sciences from January, 2016 to January, 2021. He worked as "Consultant Social Messaging and Adovocacy" at Humwell, working closely with its marketing team to create healthcare related content, that can be seen here.

He is currently leading the digital transformation of teaching and learning at Dow University of Health Sciences, as Director Digital Learning since May 2023.

He earned his MBA in Marketing from Iqra University in 2019, and completed several online courses on personal branding, storytelling, marketing, copywriting and psychology. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology and and MSc in Organizational Psychology.

He practices marketing with an emphasis on Story Telling, and you can see his Linked In profile to see him practicing his craft.

Personal and Professional Development has been his areas of expertise and interest and he has conducted several courses, workshops and sessions on these topics.

Relevant Teaching Experience

Dr Yahya's Teaching journey in Psychology and Marketing began at Institute of Business Management, where he started teaching Health Psychology from 2015 and taught Marketing of Healthcare Services in 2019.

Since then he has taught Marketing at Dow College of Biotechnology to Biotechnology students and have conducted various sessions related to Marketing and Personal Development.

Their Marketing projects have been applauded by many and can be seen at the Marketing Course Page of Dow College of Biotechnology.

Education

Dr. Yahya holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Psychology, an M.Sc in Organizational Psychology and an MBA in Marketing.

He has attended several courses on Personal Branding and Marketing and reading about marketing is his favourite hobby.

At the same time, he tries to appy what he has learnt.
